Here is the announcement of the guests who will appear on stage for pre-screening speeches. The youngest actress ever to be nominated for Best Actress at the Academy Awards will join the 5th Okinawa International Movie Festival!
Quvenzhane Wallis, who was nominated for Best Actress at the age 9 at the 85th Academy Awards in February, the youngest ever, was acknowledged for her role in “Beasts of the Southern Wild” and will come to Japan for the first time for the festival.
Performers and directors of many other domestic and international films will appear on stage. We will update the information about additional guests and performers on the website.
